Terms of use
Last updated 1 September 2026
These cover this website — shaant.org — and nothing else. Shaant itself is not open, so there is no service, no account and nothing to pay for. When there is, it will have its own terms and you will be asked to agree to them then.
Who runs this
shaant.org is operated by Centennial Ridges Corp. Reach us at admin@crc37.org. The domain itself does not receive email.
This is not medical advice
Shaant is a practice for attention, mindfulness and habit. It is not a medical device, a therapy, or a treatment, and nothing on this site is medical, clinical or psychological advice.
We do not claim that Shaant treats, diagnoses, cures or prevents any condition — including attention deficit disorders, anxiety and depression — and we will not make such a claim about the product either. If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line; in Canada, 988 is the Suicide Crisis Helpline.
The waitlist
Joining tells us you would like to know when Shaant opens. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a promise of access, and it does not entitle you to a place, a price, or a date. We may never open it at all.
You can leave at any time by writing to admin@crc37.org. What we do with your address while you are on it is described in the privacy policy.
What is ours
The name Shaant, the mark, the wording and the design of this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use the name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you.
The Sanskrit terms and the tradition they come from belong to nobody. They are cited here with attribution, and no claim is made over them.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to break it, overload it, get into parts of it that are not public, or submit other people’s email addresses to the waitlist. That last one is the only real way to misuse this site, and it is unkind to whoever’s address it is.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is free of error — it describes something still being built, so parts of it will turn out to be wrong.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
